Welcome to Docusprint, a document generation service by Alpha Bell. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, please contact us.

1) Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email, and authentication method (Google/Apple/email+password). If you use Google SSO, we receive basic profile data allowed by your consent.
• Usage data — actions in the app (e.g., uploads, job runs, downloads), device/browser info, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
• Uploaded content — templates and data files (e.g., .docx, .csv) you provide to generate documents. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs.
• Payment data — handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We don’t store card numbers on our servers.
• Cookies & similar tech — for sign-in, session persistence, analytics, and performance.

2) How We Use Information

• Operate and improve the Docusprint service and core features.
• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent fraud/abuse, and secure accounts.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions/credits, and provide invoices/receipts.
• Send transactional communications (e.g., job status, security alerts, important changes).
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms.

Google OAuth: Our OAuth consent screen links to this Privacy Policy. You can revoke Docusprint’s access at any time via your Google Account settings.

3) Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers — hosting, storage, analytics, email/SMS, authentication, and payment vendors bound by contracts and confidentiality.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect users, our platform, or others.
• Business transfers — if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we’ll provide notice as required by law.

4) Data Storage & Security

• We use reputable infrastructure (e.g., Hostinger, Render, and related cloud providers).
• Technical/organizational measures are applied to help protect data; however, no method is 100% secure.
• Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel with legitimate business needs.

5) Data Retention

• Account data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations.
• Uploads, jobs, and outputs are retained for a limited time to enable downloads and troubleshooting; delete files when they’re no longer needed.
• Backups and logs may persist for a defined period for reliability and security investigation.

6) Your Rights & Choices

• Access/Update — view or update profile details within the app.
• Export/Delete — request export or deletion of your account data by contacting support; you can also remove your files and outputs in the app.
• Communications — opt out of non-essential emails; we’ll still send transactional/security notices.
• SSO Revocation — revoke Docusprint’s access via your Google/Apple account security settings.

7) Children’s Privacy

Docusprint is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If changes are material, we’ll notify you (e.g., by email or in-app) and update the “Last updated” date above.
