1. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older. If on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
• Accounts (Google/Apple/email) are personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful content or infringement of rights.
• No disrupting or reverse engineering (except legally allowed).

4. Payments & Plans

Free and paid tiers exist. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Docusprint code/design belong to Alpha Bell. You retain ownership of uploaded content and outputs.

6. Service Availability

We aim for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change anytime.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Docusprint is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
